The plugin is ready to work with UTF 8. Please make sure the file is correctly encoded and not encoded in other charset.

I tried all kinds of options but I can not import the users.
What’s the correct settings for the file?
I am out for holidays. I arrive next week. Send me the file to carazo AT gmail DOT com and I see what’s happening as soon as I arrive.

Install it, then in the software, there is a menu called something like Encoding you have to choose there the options Convert to UTF-8.
Tell me if you had any problem.

Sorry I get to write to you only now.
I got along with that just fine, save it in simple notepad in utf-8 format.
In excel it comes out in gibberish, but the plugin import it perfectly.
