Theme search keyword? load while scroll not Infinite Scroll

Hi, I have been searching for a new theme for a site I’m working on that load as the person scrolls but not Infinite Scroll. I like Weblizer themes and this is an example of what I’m talking about http://demo.weblizar.com/preview/#incredible

How for this project I need something other than what weblizer offers.

When searching for this type of them. What keyword would I use? I keep finding infinite scroll which is not what I want.
