@innovnate – Thanks for starting your own topic … and unfortunately in some cases it does require the deactivation of all plugins to do a thorough troubleshooting test to see if there are conflicts with another plugin and/or the current theme.

Hi Cais,
Very unfortunate, I’ll have to find a way to make that happen I guess! (or wait until each plugin is updated to see if it stops on its own)
@innovnate – The only option we have to suggest at this time, at least until the conflict is found, if you simply want to “fix / disable” the /ngg_tag/(tagname) feature, edit module.nextgen_basic_tagcloud.php and inside the _register_hooks() method disable the filter that is added to ‘the_posts’
We do not recommend modifying the plugin’s core code, nor do we support it as it is not update safe but the above is the best our developers can offer without knowing what the specific conflict is as we cannot find anything in our code that would create this issue on its own.

Happy to let your developers have a look into my site if that helps 🙂
Thanks for your support so far.
@innovnate – You are welcome to send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
We may need temporary log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please consider those for your Bug Report, too.
Thanks!
