Is this Scheduled posts not publishing?
I know there is a problem of sorts when you get “Missed Scheduled” post status.
It appears to have started to happen from Wp 2.7 onwawards.

The only fix I know of is to replace wp-cron.php and cron.php files from an older version 2.6.5 – I think here http://www.newbloghelp.com/wordpress/wordpress-missed-schedule-future-posts-fix
Yes I mean scheduled posting are not publishing. I install the 2 files, but still not working…
I actually face the same problem – missing schedules – I decided not to try copying old files etc and just wait for it to get fixed hopefully in coming releases.
I have suspicion its to do with the differing time zones.
You can report it as a bug if you feel you cant wait, someone probably has done it before – so check first http://codex.wordpress.org/Submitting_Bugs
Unless of course someone else has better idea.
