Nothing Showing in the datalayer

    Hi there,

    I followed your instructions as well as others who use your plugin and i can not get it to show all the objects it should in the datalayer.

    The tag is firing but the datalayer doesn’t contain any of the ecommerce data. I can see the order on the order received page too but am i missing something to make this work?

    I can’t see what it would be going by the guides?

    I have a tag set up specifically for transactions too.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am lost

    Could you post the URL of your website?
    I can not give you any hint without seeing the issue by myself.

    Hi Scott,

    Sorry, it was a busy week for me.
    I checked your site and as far as I can see your are using the classic ecommerce tracking, right?

    I was trying to check your GTM container using the compiled file but I am not sure: did you create a separate GA tag with “Track type” set to “Transaction” that fires on your order received page?
    If yes, could you grant me read only access to your container with my email address: duracelltomi at gmail dot com?
