Where is captcha?

In the plugin description it says “also we have captcha option in the form to protect the spam mails”.
Where is this captcha? Tons of spam emails are being sent using this plugin – around 100 a day. I’ve looked through the code and do not see a captcha.
If you mean the domain security feature, that is not a captcha.
