Weird admin behaviour in the dashboard column

Hi,

I am seeing weird behaviour in the dashboard column of various sites. The list items in the column sort of dance around, disappear, and reappear at random. If I make the browser window slightly bigger, or smaller, it fixes itself for a bit, and then goes haywire again.

This happens on live sites as well as localhost installations. I have 4.3 installed. Most sites have plugins, but not all sites have the same plugins. Some sites don’t have any plugins at all. One site has no plugins and the Twenty Fifteen. Makes no difference. The dashboard column has its dancing moves on everywhere.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or maybe has an idea about the cause?
