Formatting Autoresponder and Emails

Hi,

Formatting does not show in the alert box, emails nor autoresponder that trigger when the form is submitted. They don’t hold their text formatting.
Inspect Element shows the correct formatting in between <div> for the alert boxs but the actual display in the box does not do any carriage returns nor line feeds making all the sentences run together.

The same is true in the emails and the autoresponder messages. They look fine in the actual editor in the backend, but when received as an email there are no carriage returns nor line feeds.

I’ve tried Line feed code (&#11) and the carriage return code (&#14) but these just print they don’t execute.

Please advise how to maintain the formatting created in the editor so it shows up in the alert box, autoresponder and emails.
