• I got one user got lockout due to too many failed login attempts. But when I release the lockout, the user still cannot login with same ‘too many failed login attempts.’ reason.

I got into the _itsec_lockouts table, the user is not in the table. So, that’s mean he is not locked out right? But anyway I still delete all brute force lock out entries. But still, not working.

This happened to that particular user only, I have no clue at all.
Are there any plugin that will cause this problem such as cahce plugins?
