    Hello Veron,

    It’s no a bug, You have think about it, if it’s a bug in plugin then every user ask a support query on plugin support forum.

    But there only a few person get this issue which is occur by another plugin or theme.

    Many time another plugin or theme script is conflicting with our plugin image upload script function, So may be your issue has occur by another plugin conflicting.
