I have several folders of documents dated back about 10 years that are only visible to our subscribers when they are logged in. The folders are structured by years, then months. Each month contains documents for that particular month.

I would like for us to make all folders older than 2 years private to our subscribers, but they should remain active for our admins. Please help

Currently this functionality is not available, but I will add it to my feature request list.

    Thanks for the input.

Any idea on how long it will take before this feature is implemented?

In the meantime, can I have two mdoc areas within one site? For instance, can I have a mdoc1 and a mdoc2 where I can have the administrators see mdoc1 and the users see mdoc2 which would contain the limited documents?

I have not timeline for this one. To do what you ask you could make a folder private only visible to certain user types

This sounds like it would meet your needs.
