Destination folder exoists

    Hi

    I had updraft installed and wanted to replace it with Updraft Plus so have uninstalled the old plugin. When I come to install Updraft plus however it fails with the error:-

    Destination folder already exists. /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/b2/cj/ob/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/

    Though, the message you’ve seen can be seen with the free version, so I can say this (but please direct replies to the official channel): the message means either that 1) you’ve de-activated the plugin but not de-installed it, or 2) your de-install failed, and needs completing by removing the folder wp-content/plugins/updraftplus manually (i.e. via FTP or the file manager in your web hosting control panel).
