Product's Categories lost in upgrade of WooCommerce

    I have just updated to WooCommerce 2.4.6 and have over 1300 Products. In this upgrade I have lost all Product Catgories. The categories themselves are still there but the allocation of category or categories to each Product has disappeared.

    Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

    No upgrade routine touches categories, in fact thats handled by WordPress. Are they linked in the database still? term_relationships table.
