• Hi!

Thanks for creating the plugin. I am having issues with the tabs. The off/on toggle button in the UM backend doesn’t work for me. I only want to have a Photo Gallery tab but when I turn off the Video Gallery, it remains.

An odd bug I found was when I allowed only a certain role (administrators) see the tabs. It turned off all tabs except ‘Reviews’. When I deactivated your plugin, the ‘About’ and ‘Activity’ tab for regular members returned.

Hope this helps you out! Let me know if you need any more information to help you figure this bug out.

    Best,

    Steven

I checked the my version (1.0.3) before I upgraded to 1.1.1 and the tab issue (turning off the video gallery tab) is still a problem. This is on a fresh install with only your plugin and UM installed.

    🙂

Neither toggle buttons in ‘Profile Menu’ for ‘Photo Gallery Tab’ and ‘Video Gallery Tab’ work.

I tested the top four items in the Gallery section of the UM Backend. All four (Photo Gallery Title, Photo Gallery Icon Class, Video Gallery Title and Video Gallery Icon) of the fields work as tested.

Although, I would recommend changing Photo Gallery Icon Class and Video Gallery Icon to be uniform.

Perhaps, ‘Photo Gallery Icon Class’ and ‘Video Gallery Icon Class’.

I hope this information is useful! 😀

    Hopefully issues are now fixed.

Can you please check and get me if you can find any more issues?

    Thanks for your support.

Hello, would you consider allowing toggling the tabs for UM roles as well? right now it appears I can restrict the tabs to be available to specific WordPress user roles, but within UM there are another list of roles defined that I’d like to be able to bind to. This binding is a bit different – because it’s based on the UM profile that’s being viewed, not the role of the logged in user.

For example, I only want paying members to have a gallery available for public viewing.

    Thanks!

I just saw this topic – which might be exactly what I’m asking about. right now my hack-around is to unset the tabs from the $tabs array in my custom theme based on the current UM profile page if the UM profile is a member of the various restricted roles (like visitor).

I’ll add this in my roadmap
