Hello Author,
I ahve installed your plugin free version on my wordpress multisite, the issue is really weird, on the parent theme and one of the child theme the popup works fine but there other three more child themes and as i install the plugin on them the popup appears but close button is not visible and click outside option is also not working, any idea what could be the issue is?

Do you use the same theme or different theme. Can you please send me a link to check?

http://www.collinsondev.com/ (this is a parent theme everything is working fine here)

http://www.collinsondev.com/rejuventae ( this is a child theme only popup image shows but the close button and click to close outside option is not working here, all the options are checked from the admin, for now i have used a static button for closing the popup. )

http://www.collinsondev.com/collaboratemeetings ( this is also a child theme and all the options are working fine here.)

Note: i am using a same theme for all the websites here.

Hi Bilal,

The first link has lot of 404 errors but works because no JS errors.
The second link opens a white page.
The third link has some JS error like: Uncaught TypeError: $.fancybox is not a function Please fix JS errors first and everything is going to work after.
