‘Fatal error’ using automatic upgrade from 2.6 to 2.7.1

Hello,

I was trying to upgrade one of my blogs from 2.6 to 2.7.1, using the automatic upgrade plugin I had.

It went through the normal steps with no problems then once it was it trying to finish up by re-activating all my plugins, it crashed.

Every page now results in:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /home/meatpacb/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 21

I’m nervous and hope all is not lost. I did back up my database, however.
