Showing always the same posts (Caching issue?)

I’m using a caching plugin. My pages are delivered without starting the wordpress engine. So content which should change on every page display (like the random post feature) has to be done using Ajax I think.

As far as I know upPrev does not use Ajax to display it contents but uses php instead (which is not being run as it would be expected with a caching plugin).

Is it possible to add Ajax to display the content of the box?
