    Hello,
I purchased your plugin a month ago and I am constantly trying to upload my products but unsuccessfully. I have about 100 products and only a few get imported to my website! I get this message all the time: “Not Found”.
I tried to look for some help here but could not find a topic that covers that! I am so hoping you can help me out with this!
I will gladly give you permission to enter my dashboard and fix anything that has to be fixed if you think this will help resolve the issue!
I have been trying constatntly to import but with no success!
My website is: http://www.soulinspiredceramics.com if you would like to take a look!
    Thank you!

    Hi vesi123,

I’m a little confused by the “I purchased your plugin…” bit. We don’t, at least to my knowledge, sell the plugin anywhere. It’s available free of charge here on WordPress.org. Could you point me to where you purchased the plugin you have? I’d be able to confirm whether or not it’s from us.

Second, I’ve double checked, and am not seeing any error messages of “Not Found” in our code. The closest we have to that is some custom labels for the post type we register.

    Hi,
thank you for your quick response! Sorry, I meant “downloaded” the plugin! I apologize for not picking the right word! I haven’t paid for the plugin, yes!

The reason I contacted you is I do not have a huge knowledge on website building and I followed instructions to set up the plugin! I connected my shop and it shows exactly how many listing I have (98). When I click on “Imort” it takes few minutes and it says: “httsp//www.soulinspiredceramics.com says Not Found” exactly what I am seeing pop up on my screen. And it does not go from there. I read all the positive reviews how people upload 500 items and I cannot seem to make it work!
Sorry for taking so much of your time! I guess I have to figure it somehow what I am doing wrong!

set up an admin account for michael @ webdevstudios . com, and I’ll see if I can determine anything.

Also if you could provide a link to your etsy store, that’d be awesome as well, to help me see what may be going on.

    Hi Michael,
I think I set up an admin account for you with the e-mail address you provided! I hope I did it right, it said you have to receive an e-mail with your password to log in to my dashboard!

Here is the link to my etsy shop as requested: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SoulInspiredCeramics?ref=shopsection_shophome_leftnav

Let me know if you need any additional info…
Thank you for such an amazing customer support!

From what I can tell, you have the “MyShop Tools : WooCommerce Etsy Importer” plugin installed and active, and that’s what’s making the menu item that you’re likely going through.

You DO have our plugin installed, but it’s not active at all, so this one is out of my hands, and you’ll want to talk to http://omniwp.com/ about it.

This is assuming you haven’t done any changing around of plugins used and whatnot since the last post on this support thread.

    Hi,
yes, I installed the new plugin today because I could not make the “Etsy Importer” work! I deactivated it and I am trying to use the new one but unsuccessfully again!i am not sure what is going on with both of them! I may be doing something wrong!
Yours was giving me error – page not found when I was trying to set it up! If you like, I can deactivate my current one and activate yours so you can take a look what is going on?

Thank you for taking the time to try and help me out!

I re-activated ours, and noticed you had your Shop ID incorrect. Click on the “Click here” link below that field for a quick popup that shows how I found that currently saved.

That said, I have spent enough time to get 55 imported, but that’s not all of them of course. The server keeps timing out on me as it’s trying to process them all, but it does resume where it left off, if I recall right. On the settings page, just hitting save again triggers an import processing. It’ll be tedious until you have everything in there, but it’s the best I have for you at the moment.
