    I’m building a website for my photoclub.
    I want to use TEC for our agenda but our events are always taking place at the same spot: our cloubhouse. It’s always free and we are the orginizer…
    The two other administrators are not so confident with computers (or should I say feeding a blog?).
    So, when you take a first look to the form it can easely scare people who aren’t hooked on blogs. Especially if you just need to fill a few fields (we just need the title, the description and the date).

    My question is: can we delete the parts of the form we don’t use?
    And if we can, where do I have to do it?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    There unfortunately aren’t any settings within our Core plugin to manage this. You could manage this via code, however you would need to remove the information from the form as well as provide default values for all newly created events.

    We do have options within our PRO plugin that allow you to set this type of default information
