Can someone tell me how to add the search bar to my primary navigation through css please (while being responsive)?

This is my site
I am using Genesis Framework and the sample as my child.

You need to first add it to the page, via which ever technique your theme provides. Then you can see if you can simply use CSS to achieve it, otherwise it’ll be a PHP and CSS solution. If the latter is the case then you need to talk to your theme’s vendors.

possibly not through CSS but through a filter on 'wp_nav_menu_items' – see for example http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/58902/search-box-as-a-menu-item-in-the-nav-menu-output-by-wp-nav-menu

this might be differnt in your theme – please ask the theme’s developer for help; http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products
