• Hey

I’m having some serious problems with a wordpress multisite. It’s been running for several years fine and is being updated regularly. Last week all the images on all the subsites (there are 10 of dem) disappeared from the sites. The Url’s to all the images just changed from one moment to another. We thought it was some sort of error and rolled back the server. Everything worked fine… But the next day the problem was there again…. Anybody know of this?

Here is the main website, where all the images are shown correctly: http://www.hotelmagazine.dk
and here is one of the subsites where the images are missing: http://www.nimbhotelmagazine.dk

The 2 sites should look more or less alike. We are using a broadcasting-plugin to send posts from the mainwebsite to the subsites.

We haven’t updated the plugins or WordPress for a couple of weeks… It’s more or less been standing still.

My programmers have tried several things without any real results. The problem is that the website suddenly tries to use this URL to find the images: http://<site>.dk/files/ instead of http://<site>.dk/wp-content/uploads/ where all the images are stored.

Like I said everything worked fine until just the other day, where this problem arose. We hadn’t made any changes or updates before it happened… And the same problem happened again the day after we rolled back the website.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Mads
