    By installing a visitor click tracer, I just found out why I’m losing a lot of quote requests, as my 2nd page (2 out of 2) is randomly showing the “please fill out the form on the previous page” and then my prospect just bails out.

    I’m running WP latest version 4.3, C7 Multi-Step latest version 1.4.3, and since I saw something about caching and it matters, I’m running WP Super Cache 1.4.4, all on a bluehost server.

    I am still getting them from some visitors, but have no idea when or why others are getting the error on the 2nd page. Since some people are getting through, it would seem the shortcodes and pages are correct.

    Losing a lot of potential customers. Help!

    Update:

    I have located the rejected URI’s section of WP Super Cache and entered the full URL of 4 pages that I think are associated with this problem. I am now waiting to see the screen recordings of the next several visitors to see if that has resolved the issue.

    Did updating the WP Super Cache settings resolve this issue?
