Link category to a page

Hello,

I’m currently working on a fitness related website. A have created a page called “exercises”. This page shows the human anatomy and when people click on a certain muscle I want them to be directed to a page with all the exercises for that specific muscle. I will write posts for each muscle, grouped in categories, i.e. legs, chest etc.

The real problem is that when someone for example clicks on the chest, they will be directed to the category “chest”, http://www.example.com/chest instead of http://www.example.com/exercises/chest. Can I assign the category “chest” to the page exercises, or is there another way to achieve what I want?
