Glad to hear you like the plugin 🙂 If you want to remove the entire header then you can do so by unchecking the following setting on the plugin’s Customize page in WordPress: Instagram Feed > Customize > Header > Show the Header.
If you want to keep the image and username in the header but remove the bio text then you can just add the following to the plugin’s Custom CSS section, which is also on the Customize page:
.sbi_bio{ display: none; }
