Displaying Certain Group

I didn’t know this plugin existed, and have been filtering a lot of our stuff into groups over the past day. I run a website about games, so most of our tags are game names, game companies, game people, and game genres. Unfortunately, in our tag display, those are all grouped together. Is there a way to display, say, one group, like so:

<?php code for if post has tags in the group "Games" { ?>

<strong>Games Mentioned in this Post</strong>

- Game #1
- Game #2

Obviously, the php code there is made-up, but hopefully it illustrates the idea.
