1. In the admin customize panel, when I hit any of the menu items the menu disappear (click for image)
2. posts under category are disordered. (click for image)
3. The site header image jumped above the main menu. (click for image)

You can download any previous versions of the Customizr theme from the WordPress themes repository. Simply use the following type of download link :

If you need the version 3.3.28 for example, you’ll be able to download it from : https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/customizr.3.3.28.zip.

I downloaded version 3.4.7 zip file but when I try to upload it to my site it fails saying the theme is already installed….
please advise

You need to delete the theme and re-install it. (Your existing settings for Customizr won’t be deleted).
I used the plugin WP-Rollback and went back to 3.3.28
Now every thing is good again….
