HELP i've been Blacklisted and i cant access my log in page

I tried entering my password into my log in page and it said it was always wrong. i’m 100% sure i didn’t misenter it 5 times. and now my IP has been blacklisted according to the rules of the simple firewall plugin i have and i dont actually remember setting any up. i cannot access the dashboard to undo this now. i changed the name of the wp-admin page to try and hide it but i dont think that has worked. im basically blocked out my own website, i cant even access the normal site as it says it might be hacked due to the fact ive somehow managed to block my IP. ANY HELP?
