I understand this may not be related to your plugin, but being a noob, I have to start somewhere as I’m sure you can understand, any advice is hugely appreciated as I have to come to some sort of resolve as soon as I can.

A customer has just sent me an email containing the following which apparently shows when she tries to view her emailed ticket.

“There was a problem with this website’s security certificate.

The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website’s address.

Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.

We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website.”

Would this be to do with SSL certification?

That almost certainly has to do with your website’s SSL certificate; if you can send me a link to a ticket, I could verify that.

I suggest you send it to me privately; use the support form built into the Help screen of the plug-in.

Thank you so much for your support and quick reply. I spent the day frantically working out how to reassign an SSL certificate from one of my other sites to this one, which worked a treat.

I do appreciate your help, as it wasn’t really to do with your plugin but you dived in to assist anyway.
