Hello, I use the Genesis Simple Hooks as standard in the development of websites and since upgrading WordPress 4.2.3 to the current (4.3) have had the following error message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘”title =” “(T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in E: \ wamp \ www \ guiario \ wp-content \ plugins \ genesis-simple-hooks \ plugin.php (123): eval ()’ d code on line 117

Thank you in advance for any support.

    Hi, artmaug!

It sounds as though some of the code in one of your Genesis Simple Hooks boxes may contain an error.

If you’re able to access the Genesis → Simple Hooks admin page, you could remove code from each box one at a time until the error disappears. That should help you track down the problem code, which you should find near a line that includes the “title =” mentioned in your error message.

The most common errors are missing semicolons or quote marks, so it’s worth checking for those first.

Thanks a lot, Nick! I try this here!
