Custom Amount on Multi-level Donation form: Issue with Paypal Description

There is an issue with multi-level donation using a custom amount. When you select the custom amount then press donate, on the paypal page the description of the payment grabs the title of an individual multi-level description.

Steps to issue:
1) Select a custom amount i.e 10$
2) Use paypal as gateway and click donate now
3) On paypal payment page – instead of showing the custom level text and amount its putting the first multi-level description. However the payment amount is correct. (screenshot attached)

Further testing: It seems like whatever the amount is close to it jumps to that multi-level amount description and puts it into paypal.
