Wrong URL after submitting form

My contact form is at http://xxxxxx.com/los/#!contact/

When I press the submit button a different URL is called, without any CSS formatting, showing the results of the submission:

http://xxxxxxxx.com/los/contact/?info=page#wpcf7-f111-p112-o1

Note the #! in the original address, that does not appear in the redirected page after submission.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
Could this be because of wp installed in los directory, or perhaps because the contact page is a popup on top of the web site background page?
