• This is not a free plugin it’s $89. Raamdev your response is exactly why no one should do business with you. Simply put, your plugin did not work for me, live with it and refund my $89 and move on. Is your business so bad you cannot afford to refund
    $89. Don’t rip people off.
S2Member displays a refund guarantee that is bogus and they will rip you off. My Web Developer was not able to install application without making complicated adaptations that were not acceptable. Upon notifying them of that they refused the refund. DO NOT USE S2 MEMBER. There are much better modern customer service oriented applications other than this bogus outfit.

We have no record of any pre-sales questions from you or any indication that you made any attempt to see if s2Member would work for your scenario. I asked you repeatedly what the problem was that you were having with s2Member and you refused to answer or allow us any attempt to solve the problem.

Our refund policy clearly states that we will issue a refund within 30 days “if you have an issue with s2Member Pro that we cannot resolve” and we always issue refunds when that is the case.

If you have an issue with s2Member Pro, please communicate with us. We always respond. We’re not out to rip anyone off.

The s2Member Framework (available here on WordPress.org) is given away for free and contains most of the core s2Member functionality. Any developer wanting to implement s2Member can use the free Framework to get a feel for the s2Member architecture and learn what will be involved in implementing s2Member on a site. And if there are any questions that the Framework does not answer, we will gladly answer those questions in a pre-sales ticket.

How can you get “ripped off” using a free plugin? This doesn’t appear to be a review of the plugin here at all.

@andy1234567 Please contact the plugin author on their website or support email. Reviews here on the forum should be geared toward the plugin functionality as it is in the WP Repo (free/lite version).

I am closing this review as it is not beneficial or constructive.
