Read More link to Author's website

    I would like the author’s website link to just say Read More (as reading more will need to take them to the author’s site). currently it shows the entire link and I just want something like “Read More”, or “Read the entire review” linking to the author’s website.

    What do I change in the shortcodes to accomplish this.
