[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Hiding plugin info in page code

    It would be great if you added functionality to disable info generated in page code – due to security reasons.
    I managed to turn it off by commenting a few lines in wp-cache-phase2.php, but it would be surely better to have this option in settings.
