    Enabling custom events (set to ajaxComplete) in RL settings should do the trick.

    If not, the Ajax loaded images might use a JS action specific to your site (plugin, theme…) – but if you find and put that action name into the custom events field, the lightbox should be reinitialised for images loaded via that action too.
