how do I download and unzip

    If your site has a working copy of WordPress installed then none of that is necessary. Just login to your wp-admin and click on “Add New” under the Plugins menu. Search for the plugin you want and click to install it.

    I you want to upload the plugin manually then just upload the extracted folder into the wp-content/plugins/ directory. However, if your WordPress admin is not working then installing the plugin will not do any good anyway because you need the admin to activate and run the plugin.
