Rewriting Windows server

    I would like to use W3 Total Cache, but my server uses a iirf.ini file instead of a .htaccess file. So I see this:
    It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess

    Is it possible to use W3 Total Cache in combination with iirf.ini?
