    The plugin is truly rich with features which is why I purchased to begin with. It’s also clear to see that it’s well built from a coding standpoint. While I ended up not being able to use it for my site due to various reasons, the developer was willing to offer a partial refund for the unused license, which I appreciate. If you have a project that needs to utilize complex but powerful 3rd party video hosts such as S3, this plugin should effectively meet your needs.

    Hi Kevin,

    Could you be a bit more specific about your technical issues with FV Player? As a pro user, you have direct email support and we are very responsive. There’s also a free forum where most common issues have been discussed in detail. We offer extensive demos and documentation in four languages.

    Our license is per domain and not transferable as the license remains functional when a new domain is activated. FV Player is not SAAS but standalone software.

    That said, if there’s a good reason to change the license (someone makes a mistake with licensing or licenses a dev site), we do so at no charge. The only time I’ve seen us refuse a domain change in 2016 was someone who had bought our player and was using it on a porn site for a year. Our player was still in use . The client claimed to she was no longer the developer of the site and wanted to reclaim the license for her own use. We said no to a free transfer in this case.

    Hi Kevin,

    I’m very sorry this project was cancelled. We’d be delighted to help you in the future to make your online video great. FV Player handles as native: Amazon S3, Amazon Cloudfront, YouTube, Vimeo, self-hosted and CDN videos. You can also mix multiple hosts within a single website, with nearly identical user interface. I.e. you could include huge amounts of public domain content from YouTube mixed with private or exotic content hosted elsewhere.
