2.5 bug… when no title ‘View Site’ Button is not positioned correctly

I am using 2.5 and have removed my title from my blog admin page and am using a custom graphic. However, because my blog has no title entered via the admin panel, the ‘view site’ button is covering the ‘write’ button. When I add a title, the ‘view site’ button is back inline, but obviously the title screws up my presentation.

Is there a fix for this? Seems like a glitch.
