    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi Highnptch,

    Jan is correct. If you reach out via the support forums over on my site, or better the supprot form directly in the plugin on the ‘License’ tab you’ll get a faster response.

    From the looks of it, the images aren’t displaying because they are either not located on your current server, not attached to the announcement or you transferred domains (possibly from a staging to a production). If that is the case you’ll need to update the URLs to ensure that the images are still linked to the announcements.

    In regards to the filtering issue, did you update your shortcode after installing the pro version?

    You’ll need to add filter="1" to your shortcode.
