Issues with Facebook comment and MP3J Player

Hi guys, After update of this plugin all of content in my pages or post stop working, as facebook comment notifier and MP3j player, I think that is a problem about the code… coz of this information “Displays Google Analytics Reports and Real-Time Statistics in your Dashboard. *******Automatically inserts the tracking code in every page of your website.”
please, i loved this plugin but I’ll downgrading this plugin coz after this update it doents work fine.
