Unable to save settings

Hi,

When I go to the Secondary Title Settings, and customise the options – I’m not able to save the settings. When I hit the save button, it just takes me back to the top of the page, without any indication of what’s happened.

I’m simply trying to remove the secondary title from being embedded into my title, but that doesn’t seem to be going through in my template.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Please let me know if there’s any other details I can provide that might help you resolve the issue. I had just recently installed the plugin.
