I just tested it and was able to reproduce the problem in Chrome. My guess is that there’s a conflict with another plugin. Please try disabling ALL other plugins and see if the problem is resolved. If so, re-activate each one, one by one until the problem crops up again. Then let us know what you find and we’ll try to reproduce the problem locally.

I deactivated all plugins except Give and FormGet(required for Give), and still experiencing.
I can keep them deactivated if you want to test again to investigate.
OK, couple things:
1) Try switching your theme to TwentyFifteen. If it works properly then, then we know it’s an issue with your Theme. If it’s a theme issue, give me a link to where I can download and test the theme.
2) If it doesn’t work after you switch themes, then go to “Donations > Settings” and go to the “System Info” tab and copy that whole info window and email it to support at givewp.com and mention this ticket in your email.

One more question. Do you have an active PayPal account and the correct email in your Give Payment Gateway settings?
Yes. I just double checked in the settings as well.
Any other ideas? I tried reinstalling the plugin from scratch same effect.
