Pre Sale Question For The Pro Version

As it is I passed 9 rules from Insight. Getting a rate of 85% for mobile. The only rule remaining is this last css one:

Question:

1) does the pro version would possibly fix that last remaining insight issue?
2) from your experience, if fixed, does that means I could get a 100% note? Did you ever see a perfect one? Just curious!
