Including to theme issue

Hi I’ve got 2 issues you can hopefully help with.

I’ve tried including the plugin from my theme but the table doesn’t appear. I’m able to choose the field type ‘table’ within acf. However, only the label appears on the page its meant to be on. The table does not come up.

I’ve included it as:
include( get_stylesheet_directory() . ‘/advanced-custom-fields-table-field/acf-table.php’ );

If I do the installation as a plugin it works better, but it seems to still have a bug. If you go to create a page and choose a page template the table is meant to appear on, only the label is loaded in. If that page template is already saved the table appears though.
