• I am using the free formidable and really like it…one problem though.

The forms were sending fine to the emails I assigned in settings when we had our website on a test domain. We launched our new site today, and the emails stopped sending. They log ok in the table in WP but no emails get through.

I’ve tried changing the TO address to test it, and they come through. But it seems that any email address of the same domain (@carvue.com) don’t get sent.

    Please help if you can!

    Thanks
    Alex

  • Hi Alex,

It sounds like your site isn’t sending emails correctly. I would recommend installing the Check Email plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
And try sending a test email from your WP Tools > Check Email. Does the test email arrive?

If not, you’ll know you have an issue with your webhost and you need to talk to them. Or, you can install an SMTP plugin (like Cimy Swift SMTP) to send your emails.

    Hi Jamie

    Thanks for the quick response!
I installed that after I read another response and it didn’t send so I am going to install an SMTP plugin like you suggest. I’l update if it’s solved…

    Thanks again
    Alex
