How to add a gallery

Hi all,

I am new to this WordPress malarkey and having a little bit of difficulty

I have had a website created for me but am now trying to add a gallery to my gallery page

What I am after is like individual albums on the page, for example before and afters of jobs so instead of all pictures clogging up the page I am hoping to add an album for each job with one single thumbnail that you can then click on and go through the pictures

I’ve been playing around for hours but not having a lot of luck
