My Account page askign for password too many times

On My Account page, it is asking for the password for a new user registration – double the number of times – typically enter the password, and repeat it for verification, which is entering it ‘2’ times, but my site is asking for it 4times! Why is this, and how do I remove the double up? One lot I assume is the default wordpress signup form, and the second lot is the s2Member details.
