    I sent a ticket yesterday and no response yet so figured I would try here as well since I think this is kind of urgent since we have no site images. I did an upgrade for my client yesterday morning with the latest plugin and now all the images in the grid format do not display. It works fine in the list view (I changed one page to the list view for now) – but cannot do so on the home page.

    Again, in grid view – the images DO NOT SHOW at all. You can view the home page at the bottom to see the issue at jackgreenrealty.com.

    It was working fine before the update.

    I updated this plugin and WordPress core. I did turn off all plugins to check for conflicts and that did not make a difference.

    Hi Jill,

    I see you have a support ticket in with us. Our last reply requested a WordPress login, so we could test this for you. I’m not experiencing this on our demo site, so can you reply to your support ticket with an WordPress admin username and password so that we can take a closer look?

    Did you not get my email that I sent YESTERDAY morning at 6:15am with the login information? I will look on my server for the emails you sent, but either way I SENT the information 24 hours ago.
