Unable to delete a comment

Hello,

I’m in a great problem. I am trying to delete a comment but can’t be able to delete that. when I click on trash or spam, the comment instantly appear at earlier place, showing message “Comment by Anonymous moved to the trash. Undo” on it. Comment spam
